I highly regret bringing my vehicle to this service center—a decision I will most certainly not repeat. Mercedes owners would be well advised to seek service elsewhere, as I cannot recommend this location. Should you have no other options, I strongly suggest requesting a different advisor if assigned to Anthony Sahdov. The only positive experience was the courteous staff member who arranged my loaner vehicle; beyond that, I would strongly advise against using this facility. You have been warned.

My service and repair experience was great. Katie was pleasant and knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. She is an asset, to your service team. As soon as I drove in there was someone there to greet me. My agent was very nice and explained everything and asked if I had any questions. Was able to get some work done while I waited. My only issue was that I was wanting to purchase a hat but there was no one there to help in the area.
Service A appointment 9:00 AM, did not get car back till after 2:00 PM. I was told service would take 2-3 hours.
I had a very good experience at this dealership. Kirby, the salesperson,was able to answer every question and was very helpful to me in the process of choosing a vehicle. The finance person, Carrie, made finalizing the deal pretty seamless. Henny, the sales manager was a big part of the process as well and presented a very fair deal.

Incredible service. The service manager was able to resolve a 2 year repair issue in a matter of weeks. Updates were provided daily and inquiries were always responded to within hours if not immediately. I would highly recommend this dealer. Customer satisfaction is a priority.

I visited this dealership to discuss a C43 AMG and a potential trade of my 2024 Audi Q3. The numbers presented did not align and were not clearly explained. I was told I had approximately $15k in negative equity, despite a lease payoff of around $35k and a trade estimate of $27k.
A $5k “Carfax impact” was mentioned for a minor OEM bumper replacement, but no documentation or explanation was provided. When I asked for clarification, I was told Audi leases never have positive equity, which did not seem accurate.

Every single time I bring the vehicles in for service, I remind them to check the tire pressure. And every single time, I show the service rep how the tires are the same pressure when I dropped it off. This recent visit, I told the. Rep twice to have it checked. It was not. Very disappointed.
I purchased a new E-350. Joe, Haney, and Emma were exceptional to work with, and I had the best car buying experience ever. And I’m 80!
I took my car in for maintenance and it came back feeling great. They gave me a loaner and had the work done ASAP. The staff were nice and helpful; they explained everything. Would do business again.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealer and had it shipped. The vehicle was misrepresented from a condition perspective. We received the dealership video with salesman description only to receive a vehicle with body damage, a chipped windshield and a tire that won’t even hold air. The car wasn’t even detailed inside. The front two tires were in need a replacement. Reached out to dealer and heard no response back. I would not recommend this dealership and will be seeking support above the dealer to resolve this situation.
